Please read these terms carefully before placing an order with ZtechXpress.

1. Business location

ZtechXpress operates from Pakistan and serves customers within Pakistan. All orders, invoices, and communications are handled locally.

2. Prices and currency

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs.) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice. A flat shipping charge of Rs. 250 is added at checkout.

3. Liquidation stock

Our catalogue consists of carefully tested liquidation stock. Every item is inspected and confirmed to be in working condition before dispatch. Minor cosmetic wear may be present on some items and does not affect functionality.

4. 7-Day Check Warranty

Every order is covered by a 7-Day Check Warranty. If an item is faulty or dead-on-arrival, contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof (unboxing or test video) and we will arrange a replacement or refund. No long-term manufacturer warranty is offered.

5. Payments

We accept bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa, and Cash on Delivery in eligible cities.

6. Delivery

Delivery is fulfilled through third-party couriers. Estimated timelines are indicative and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address provided.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
