Shipping charges

Shipping is a flat Rs. 250 per order, anywhere in Pakistan. No hidden fees at checkout.

Delivery timelines

Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi: 2–3 working days
Other major cities: 3–5 working days
Remote areas and interior regions: 5–8 working days

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available across most Pakistani cities. A small COD service fee, if any, will be shown at checkout.

7-Day Check Warranty

All our liquidation stock is carefully tested and inspected before sale. Every item is guaranteed to be in working condition and comes with a 7-Day Check Warranty for your peace of mind.

If an item is faulty or dead-on-arrival, contact us within 7 days of delivery with an unboxing/test video and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories.

Order changes & cancellations

Orders can be cancelled or modified before dispatch by contacting us on WhatsApp. Once handed to the courier, cancellation is not possible.
